Our Story
1990 - Equity Secured Investments, Inc.** was founded to fund home improvement loans that were perceived by traditional lenders to be too risky.
1993-2001 - We expanded as a wholesale lender for residential mortgages, funding in excess of $100 million annually throughout the 1990’s. After a successful run, we sold our residential mortgage division in 2001.
2002 – We introduced our commercial hard money lending program through our limited partnership, Equity Secured Capital (“ESC”).
2010 - Today, in our 21st year, we continue to seek funding opportunities secured by commercial and investment real estate throughout the state of Texas.
