Our Story
1990 - Equity Secured Investments, Inc.** was founded to fund home improvement loans that were perceived by traditional lenders to be too risky.
1993-2001 - Expanded as a wholesale lender for residential mortgages, funding in excess of $100 million annually throughout the latter 1990’s. Sold residential mortgage division in 2001.
2002 - Introduced hard money lending program through a limited partnership, Equity Secured Capital (“ESC”), with a focus on commercial and investment real estate.
2012 - Our 23rd year. We continue to seek funding opportunities secured by commercial and investment real estate throughout the great state of Texas.
